Condition: Synchronization with the host fails in interpolation mode. Cause: Communication synchronization failure.

Ensure good communication quality on the wiring.
After eliminating foreseeable faults, have the host send the SYNC signal again and ensure successful transmission.
Adjust synchronization correction parameter P3.009 (use the default value whenever possible). Reset NMT or reset using 0x6040.
