[Cause]
PowerWaveErrorCode No.49 occurred. A single-phase input was detected. The welding machine may operate with reduced output. Refer to the welding machine operator's manual for details on single-phase operation.
[Countermeasure]
Check all fuses for problems. Check that all 3 input-line branches are connected to the input contactor. Check that when the contactor is closed, all 3 branches are on the output side relative to the rectifier. If the center branch is missing (single-phase operation), the ２nd-side limit may decrease significantly and cause incorrect operation. If single-phase operation is intentional and the problem is a ２nd-side overcurrent error, check whether the output limit of the welding machine under reduced welding conditions is exceeded. Check the welding circuit for leakage paths that could cause short circuits or other excessive currents.
