| Cause | Remedy |

| Software (incorrect setting) | Reset the alarm and check the posture during force control. A singularity error occurred during force control. Modify the job to avoid singular points. |
| Other | If the alarm occurs again after implementing the countermeasures, contact our service department and describe the circumstances when CMOS.BIN was saved (operating procedure, etc.). |
