The device with the MAC-Id on the board identified by the displayed circuit board number cannot be brought online.
[Countermeasure]
Check that the device is connected correctly to the network. Check the device MAC-Id and baud rate settings. Check the board baud rate on the board detail screen and check its network connection. Cold start the controller.
