[Cause]
A close command was issued to the electromagnetic contactor, but the electromagnetic contactor has not closed. In a system connected to multiple safety I/O devices, the number of the safety I/O device where the alarm occurred is displayed at the end of the alarm message, as shown by (1). The safety I/O device number can be checked on the DCS safety I/O device screen.
[Countermeasure]
1. If there is a signal connected to CRMA74 of the emergency stop unit, check whether there is a problem with the connection destination.
2. Confirm the fuse of the emergency stop board (FUSE4).
3. Replace the emergency stop unit.
Note To clear this alarm, power needs to be cycled.
