Cause

1. Abnormal vibration detected in motor speed
2. Inertia ratio (Pn103) is higher than the actual value or has changed significantly

Corrective action

1. Check abnormal motor noise and operating speed and torque waveforms; reduce motor speed or reduce speed-loop gain (Pn100).
2. Check the inertia ratio and set inertia ratio (Pn103) correctly.
