Cause

1. The bus-type incremental encoder cable is broken or loose.
2. Abnormal bus-type incremental encoder parameter reading/writing.

Corrective action

1. Check the wiring. Confirm whether the encoder cable is incorrectly connected, broken, or has poor contact. If the motor cable and encoder cable are bundled together, route them separately.
2. If the fault is still reported after repeatedly powering on, the encoder is faulty. Replace the servo motor.
