Subcodes are defined as follows.
CPU1 1: STO1
CPU1 2: STO2
CPU1 3: STO3
CPU1 4: STO4
Causes and remedies
| Cause | Remedy |

| ASF01 board (abnormal) | 1. Reset the alarm. 2. If the alarm recurs, replace the ASF01 board. For a system with multiple ASF01 boards connected, replace the ASF01 board connected to the signal that generated the alarm. |
| SDCA01 board (abnormal) | 1. Reset the alarm. 2. If the alarm recurs, replace the SDCA01 board. For a system with multiple SDCA01 boards connected, replace the SDCA01 board connected to the signal that generated the alarm. |
| Other | If the alarm occurs again after implementing the countermeasures, contact our service department and describe the circumstances when CMOS.BIN was saved (operating procedure, etc.). |
