An abnormality occurred in the discharge circuit inside the 6-axis servo amplifier. The numbers in parentheses indicate the motion group number and the axis number within the motion group. The alarm is displayed on axis 1 and axis 2, or on axis 1, axis 2 and axis 3, of the 6-axis amplifier.

Replace the 6 axis servo amplifier.
