Description
The safety channel in the cable between the force sensor and the measurement circuit board is below the configured safety channel voltage level. The force sensor is connected to the axis computer in drive module arg.
Consequences
The system will enter SYS HALT state and cannot run applications that use the sensor unless the cable is connected or replaced. Safety channel monitoring can be switched off in the action configuration.
Possible causes
- Cable connection error.
- The cable connector or the cable itself is damaged.
- The sensor cable has no safety channel.
Recommended actions
Make sure the cable is connected correctly, checking the connectors on both ends of the cable and the cable itself. Replace damaged cables and connectors.
