Cause
Condition: Encoder temperature exceeds the upper limit of 100°C. Cause: Encoder temperature exceeds 100°C.
Corrective action
Set P0.002 to -124 to read the temperature and check whether the displayed temperature is below 100°C. If the temperature exceeds the limit, improve heat dissipation to reduce it. If it differs from the actual motor temperature by more than 30°C, return the motor to the manufacturer for repair. After the motor temperature sensor indicates below 100°C, power on again to clear.
