[Cause]
An iRCalibation vision mastering error. The measurement posture conditions are poor, or the camera measurement error is large.
[Countermeasure]
First check whether the measurement posture evaluation index is 4.5 or lower. If the measurement posture evaluation index is greater than 4.5, increase ‘Maximum swing angle during measurement’ on the vision mastering ‘Create program’ screen, recreate the measurement postures so that the measurement posture evaluation index is less than 4.5, and measure again. If the measurement posture evaluation index is less than 4.5, check whether the camera is improperly focused or the target was detected incorrectly in any measurement.
