[Cause]
This alarm occurs when motions with coordinate system number changes and different motion types (joint/linear, etc.) are connected continuously using CNT, and the number of motions further overlapped through CNT exceeds the specified number. The upper limit is defined by the system variable $CP_PARAMGRP[group].$NUM_CHN. When this alarm occurs, cycling the power automatically increases the upper limit by two.
Note) Do not directly change the value of the system variable $CP_PARAMGRP[group].$NUM_CHN.
[Countermeasure]
After this alarm occurs, cycle the power and execute the same program. If the alarm still cannot be avoided after repeating this operation several times, change the termination type of the motion instruction where this alarm occurs (or a subsequent CNT motion) to FINE or CNT0.
