If this alarm occurs again, please perform the abnormal status recording function ("Abnormal status recording" in the auxiliary menu) and obtain an image backup before performing other operations (power cutoff and inching operation) after this alarm occurs and contact the FANUC service center. If the abnormal status recording function cannot be used, record the situation and operation steps until the alarm occurs, obtain an image backup, and contact the service center.
