Description: Abnormal communication (command communication) with the servo board. From left to right, successive pairs of digits in the code indicate the unit number, command number, channel number, and error code listed below.
Main causes:

The servo software package does not correspond to the AS software package.

The main CPU board is faulty.

A problem with the servo board.

The motherboard is faulty.
Countermeasures:

Reset the error. If it cannot be reset, turn the controller power OFF and then ON again. If an initialization message appears, select .

Check the servo group software version number. Reinstall the servo group software if necessary.

If the fault always occurs at a particular program step or during a particular operation, report all details to Kawasaki service, including the complete message, robot model, controller model, machine number, AS/servo software versions, operation at the time of the error, program listing, optional functions, etc.

If the phenomenon cannot be reproduced or the program cannot return to normal, replace the main CPU board, servo board, or motherboard.
