Causes and remedies
| Cause | Remedy |

| Software (incorrect setting) | In maintenance mode, set the number of IOSPDCTRL units to no more than 8. If the alarm occurs again after turning the power OFF and back ON, save CMOS.BIN and contact our service department. |
| Other | If the alarm occurs again after implementing the countermeasures, contact our service department and describe the circumstances when CMOS.BIN was saved (operating procedure, etc.). |
