Description
The phase sequence of primary power applied to the converter is incorrect.
Subcode description
Subcode: physical number of the converter on which the alarm occurred.
Causes and remedies
| Cause | Remedy |

| Primary power supply (abnormal) | Set the circuit breaker's primary voltage to the specified voltage 200V (+10% to 15%). |
| Cable (abnormal) | 1. Reset the alarm. 2. If the alarm recurs, check that the following cables and connectors are connected and fully inserted. • APU01 unit-CN601, CN602, CN604 • SDCA01 board-CN507 • ASF01 board-CN205 • Converter-CN551, CN561 |
| Rectifier (abnormal) | 1. Reset the alarm. 2. If the alarm recurs, replace the converter. |
| SDCA01 board (abnormal) | 1. Reset the alarm. 2. If the alarm recurs, replace the SDCA01 board. As a precaution, save CMOS.BIN before replacing the board. |
| Other | If the alarm occurs again after implementing the countermeasures, contact our service department and describe the circumstances when CMOS.BIN was saved (operating procedure, etc.). |
