Consequences
Operation is not possible until this error is corrected. The system enters SYS FAIL state.
Possible causes
The main power switch on the drive module is off. The input power cable is damaged (broken), or the power circuit breaker has tripped. This fault may also occur if the connector of the power supply unit is not connected correctly to the axis computer.
Recommended actions
- Check that the drive module's main power switch is on, and then restart the system.
- Check that the connector of the power supply unit is correctly connected to the axis computer.
- Measure the voltage at the power contactor to ensure continuous power supply.
- Check whether the power fuse/circuit breaker in the drive module is open.
