Category: Alarm
Cause
- Ambient temperature too high
- After an overload, the overload fault is repeatedly reset by switching off the power
- Faulty fan
- Inappropriate servo drive mounting orientation or spacing from other servo drives
- Servo drive fault
Corrective action
- Measure the ambient temperature. Improve servo drive cooling conditions and reduce the ambient temperature.
- Check the fault history (set 200B-22h and view 200B-23h) for overload faults or warnings (E620.0,E630.0,E650.0,E909.0,E920.0,E922.0). Change the fault reset method; wait 30s after an overload before resetting. Increase drive and motor capacities, increase acceleration/deceleration times, and reduce the load.
- Check whether the fan runs during operation; replace the servo drive.
- Confirm whether the servo drive is installed appropriately, and install it according to the servo drive installation standards.
- If the fault remains after switching off power for 5 minutes and restarting, replace the servo drive.
