| Software (malfunction) | 1. Reset the alarm. 2. If this happens again, delete unnecessary taught positions. 3. If the alarm recurs despite the above measures, initialize the job in maintenance mode and reload the saved job. In this case, delete unused jobs. 4. If the alarm recurs despite the above measures, save CMOS.BIN and report the circumstances (operating procedure, etc.) to our service department. |
