[Cause]
An abnormality occurred in the communication between the axis control card and the servo amplifier. (Communication error from the servo amplifier to the axis control card) The numbers in parentheses indicate the action group number and the axis number in the action group.
[Countermeasure]
1. When setting the encoder for linear tracking, please confirm whether the encoder type is correctly set on the encoder setting interface. For details, please refer to the linear tracking operating instructions (B-83474CM). (In a structure in which the encoder is connected to the main CPU board (a structure in which the encoder is directly connected without passing through the linear tracing dedicated interface board), if the encoder type is set to one of "parallel incremental", "serial absolute pulse", and "serial incremental", this alarm will occur.)
2. Check the optical cable between the axis control card on the main board and the servo amplifier, and replace it if there is any abnormality.
3. Replace the axis control card on the main board.
4. Replace the servo amplifier. For details, please take appropriate measures according to "Troubleshooting based on alarm codes" in the control device maintenance manual corresponding to the control device used. For additional shafts, refer to the additional shaft service instructions.
Note To clear this alarm, power needs to be cycled.
