Cause

1. Drive UVW output cable short circuit to ground
2. Motor UVW short circuit to ground
3. Internal drive short circuit or short circuit to ground

Corrective action

1. If the cable has a short circuit between UVW and ground, repair or replace the cable.
2. If the motor has a short circuit between UVW and ground, replace the motor.
3. Disconnect the drive UVW output wiring; if the fault persists, replace the drive.
