This alarm occurs if the motor speed indicated in the axis data exceeds the allowable maximum motor speed.

Causes and remedies
| Cause | Remedy |

| Software (incorrect setting) | If the alarm always occurs at the same location, reduce the motion speed around that location. If the alarm axis is a motor gun, check the following settings. • Contact speed setting • Contact pressure setting |
| Cable (abnormal) | 1. Reset the alarm. 2. If the alarm recurs, check that the U, V, and W phases are wired correctly. |
| Motor (abnormal) | 1. Reset the alarm. 2. If the alarm recurs, replace the motor. |
| SDCA01 board (abnormal) | 1. Reset the alarm. 2. If the alarm recurs, replace the SDCA01 board. As a precaution, save CMOS.BIN before replacing the board. |
| Other | If the alarm occurs again after implementing the countermeasures, contact our service department and describe the circumstances when CMOS.BIN was saved (operating procedure, etc.). |
