[Cause]
This alarm displays the result of the “Board file backup” operation on the CMD mode control screen.
[Countermeasure]
The number of saved files and the destination device name (MC:, etc.) are displayed. If the number of saved files is 0, the operation failed. Check that the destination device name is correct and that files are saved in the InterBus board parameterization memory.
