[Cause]
The communication delay between the robot and welding equipment (t1) exceeds the pulse-condition switching cycle (t2), so the pulse conditions cannot be updated in time and low-frequency pulse welding cannot continue. This alarm occurs during low-frequency pulse welding.
[Countermeasure]
Usually occurs immediately before ARC-133. When ARC-133 occurs immediately after this alarm, no countermeasures are required. Restart the program directly. If the ARC-133 alarm does not occur immediately after this alarm occurs, please obtain the image backup through the abnormal status recording function ("Abnormal status recording" in the auxiliary menu) and contact the service center before performing other operations (power cutoff and jog operation) after this alarm occurs. If the abnormal status recording function cannot be used, record the situation and operation steps until the alarm occurs, obtain an image backup, and contact the service center.
