Cause:
- For intermittent welding with a specified segment count, if segment count*segment length>total path length, error 4702 is reported;
- For intermittent welding with specified spacing, if segment length>total path length, error 4702 is reported;
Troubleshooting:
For fault cause 1, check whether the product of the segment-count and segment-length parameters in the intermittent-welding statement exceeds the total path length.
For fault cause 2, check whether the segment-length parameter in the intermittent-welding statement exceeds the total path length.
Solution:
For fault cause 1, reduce the segment count parameter or segment length parameter of the intermittent welding statement with a specified segment count;
For fault cause 2, reduce the segment length parameter of the intermittent welding statement with specified spacing;
Case sharing:
WlinSeg1(cp0,cp1,uint0,real0,arcsegdata1,arcdata0)
Where:
The straight-line length from cp0 to cp1 is 100mm;
The segment count uint0 is 5;
The segment length real0 is 30;
Thus segment count*segment length>path length, so error 4702 is reported when the statement runs. If segment length real0 is changed to 10, no error is reported.
