Cause

1. Divided pulse output frequency is too high and exceeds the limit
2. Motor speed is too high, causing divided pulse output frequency to exceed the limit

Corrective action

1. Check the divided pulse output setting; reduce the encoder divided pulse count (Pn212) setting.
2. Check the divided pulse output setting and motor speed; reduce motor speed.
