[Cause]
The SVC file is not yet loaded to the control device when the power of the control device is connected in CMD mode. When the error is shown, parameterization is not performed.
[Countermeasure]
Load the SVC file according to step 6-1 (section 6.3.1) of the InterBus Function (for Phoenix Contact PCI boards) Operator's Manual.
