Causes and remedies

| Software (incorrect setting) | 1. Reset the alarm. 2. Check the pulse values of the master and slave axes. If the pulse difference between the master and slave axes exceeds the allowable range, switch to individual operation mode and bring the pulse difference within the allowable range. |
