Cause:
During base-pass correction compensation in multilayer multipass welding, the path after adding the offset differs too much from the original base-pass path, causing an abnormal correction-compensation calculation.
Troubleshooting:
Check whether the multi-layer multi-pass offset is reasonable. If it clearly makes the path much larger than the original base-layer path, this error may be reported.
Solution:
Reduce the offset for multilayer multipass welding. If the error persists after reducing it to a reasonable value, back up the system and submit a software defect report.
