A1D
Alarm code A1D means .
Cause analysis: 1. Ambient temperature is too high; 2. Operation was performed after repeatedly resetting the overload alarm by switching off the power; 3. Load is excessive, or regenerative processing capacity was exceeded during operation; 4. The drive installation orientation or spacing from other drives is unreasonable; 5. Drive fault
Remedy:
-
Measure the ambient temperature with a thermometer, or confirm operating conditions through the drive's ambient monitoring settings. Improve the drive installation conditions and lower the ambient temperature.
-
Use the alarm display to confirm whether an overload alarm has occurred. Change the alarm reset method.
-
Check the operating load through the accumulated load ratio, and check regeneration processing capacity through the regenerative load ratio. Reconsider the load conditions and operating conditions.
-
Confirm the drive installation status. Install it according to the drive installation standards.
-
Switch the drive power on again. If the alarm still occurs, the drive may be faulty. Replace the drive.
