There is a problem with the program used for periodic inspections.
[Countermeasure]
Make sure that the points of the inspection program are far apart from each other. Verify that the number of locations does not exceed 30. Please refer to the "Periodic Inspection" chapter of the "Collaborative Robot Function Operation Manual" (B-83744CH).
