A value beyond the range is set in the register.
[Countermeasure]
Set the register to an appropriate value and reset. This alarm occurs again until the register value changes. The robot CC-Link IE Field slave function supports signed 16-bit word data (0～65535) and unsigned 16-bit word data (-32768~32767). Do not enter other types of values in remote registers. If $CCIE.$AUTO_REGCHG is set to 1, floating-point values greater than -32769 and less than 65536 can be sent. The sent value is an integer with its fractional part removed. The severity of this alarm can be changed to a warning by processing $CCIE.$REG_ER_WARN and setting it to 1.
