There is a problem with the rack configuration. The slot number indicates which rack configuration has the problem. The problem may be one of the following.
1. The shelf number is an out-of-scope value of 0-31.
2. The rack size and final rack boundary exceed the maximum 128I/O (full rack). For example, the starting group is 4 and the size is half a rack or more.

Modifys the configuration on the AB-RIO image.
