[Cause]
The dedicated fan for cooling the external cooling fan of the additional axis amplifier (iSV) of the group and axis displayed in the drive alarm message has failed.
[Remedy]
Replace the dedicated external cooling fan of the additional axis amplifier (iSV) of the axis where the alarm occurred. Please refer to the additional shaft repair instructions for details.
