The high-speed event message did not reach the robot control device in time.
[Countermeasure]
If this alarm occurs frequently, there may be problems with communication settings, noise, or communication equipment. Please take the following countermeasures:
1. Take countermeasures ARC-045 5. If the welding equipment is connected to Ethernet, please confirm whether the status of the Ethernet port is correct.
2. For an Ethernet connection, check that the Ethernet cable is correctly connected to the connector. For a device-network connection, check that Arclink is correctly connected to the connector. Also check that the Ethernet and Arclink cables are separated from the power-supply cables and welding equipment power cables. If they touch or are close together, reroute them to separate them.
3. If countermeasures 1,2 do not improve the condition, a communication device may be damaged. For an Ethernet connection, replace the Ethernet cable, robot controller motherboard, and welding equipment communication board in that order. For a device-network connection, replace the Arclink cable, DN3 port, and welding equipment communication board in that order.
