[Cause]
There are fewer calibration points than required for the calibration calculation.
[Countermeasure]
The minimum number of points required is 5 for 1 plane and 7 for 2 planes. Check the number of identifiable calibration points. If the image is out of focus, the calibration points are difficult to identify. Adjust the lens focus if the image is out of focus.
