[Cause]
The magnetic pole (motor magnet position) detection failed when driving a motor manufactured by another company. The numbers in parentheses indicate the action group number and the axis number within the action group. The following possibilities exist:
1. The motor power cord is not connected.
2. Due to the influence of gravity, it moves significantly during the magnetic pole detection operation.
3. Another alarm occurred while detecting magnetic poles.
4. The motor load is too large and the magnetic pole detection action cannot be performed.
[Countermeasure]
1. Confirm whether the motor power cord is connected correctly.
2. The magnetic pole detection function cannot be applied to the gravity axis. Change to a posture that is not affected by gravity.
3. When other alarms occur at the same time, the cause of the alarm must be eliminated.
4. Check whether the axis is in contact with other axes.
5. Confirm whether the brake has been released.
