Description
The YRC1000 verifies that the I/O module which is detected during the startup is the same as the module set at the time of system configuration. This alarm occurs if the YRC1000 detects an error in the verification process.
Subcode description
The I/O module connected to the
PCI Express bus is different from
the function of the set I/O
module.
Causes and remedies
| Cause | Remedy |
|---|---|
| Software (incorrect setting) | Check the following settings. • Type of AIO board connected to the ASF01 board • Rotary switch setting specifying the slot number of each IO module • IO module setup in maintenance mode: Refer to the manual for each IO module for details of the configuration procedure. |
| Cable (abnormal) | 1. Turn the power off and back on. 2. If the alarm recurs, check that the following cables and connectors are connected and fully inserted. • MⅡ communication cable of the IO module for the corresponding station number • Terminating resistor (at the final station of MⅡ communication) • 24V power supply for the corresponding IO module |
| IO module (abnormal) | 1. Turn the power off and back on. 2. If the alarm recurs, replace the following boards. Save CMOS.BIN before replacing the board. • Applicable IO module |
| AIF01 board (abnormal) | 1. Turn the power off and back on. 2. If the alarm recurs, replace the AIF01 board. Save CMOS.BIN before replacing the board. After replacing the AIF01 board, load CMOS.BIN saved before the alarm occurred. |
| ASF01 board (abnormal) | 1. Turn the power off and back on. 2. If the alarm recurs, replace the ASF01 board. Save CMOS.BIN before replacing the board. After replacing the ASF01 board, load CMOS.BIN saved before the alarm occurred. |
| Other | If the alarm occurs again after implementing the countermeasures, contact our service department and describe the circumstances when CMOS.BIN was saved (operating procedure, etc.). |
