Cause:
The BendSignal node in IO.xml under the ConfigureFiles directory in the controller's ftp contains incorrect data or formatting.
Troubleshooting:
Go to the ftp://192.168.39.220/ConfigureFiles/ *** directory and check whether the data and format of the BendSignal node in IO.xml are correct.
Solution:
Contact after-sales support to modify IO.xml.
