[Cause]
When trying to turn on HRDY, SRDY is already on. The numbers in parentheses indicate the action group number and the axis number within the action group. (The so-called HRDY is a signal that the host transmits to the servo to turn on or off the electromagnetic contactor of the servo amplifier. SRDY is a signal from the servo to the host that transmits whether the electromagnetic contactor of the servo amplifier has been turned on.)
[Countermeasure]
1. Replace the servo amplifier corresponding to the alarm message.
2. Replace the servo card or additional axis board corresponding to the alarm message.
