Description
The YRC1000 changes its operation modes during a startup process from the power-on operation until the startup process completion. Since mode change is required for the peripheral CPU boards as well as the main CPU board, the YRC1000 simultaneously performs a process as the mode change processes. This alarm occurs if the mode change is not successfully performed.
Subcode description
An error occurred during the ASF01#7 board startup sequence, preventing the system from starting normally.
Causes and remedies
| Cause | Remedy |
|---|---|
| Software (incorrect setting) | Check the following settings. • Control group setup in maintenance mode • Rotary switch setting on the ASF01 board for the corresponding station number (6) • Rotary switch setting on the SDCA01 board for the corresponding station number (SV#7) (6) |
| Cable (abnormal) | 1. Turn the power off and back on. 2. If the alarm recurs, check that the following cables and connectors are connected and fully inserted. • Cable for connector CN207 on the ASF01 board • Cable for connector CN509 on the SDCA01 board • Cable for connector CN515/516 on the SDCA01 board • CNBX connectors on the SDCA01 board and ASF01 board • Cable for connector CN111 on the AIF01 board • Cable for CN155 on the CPS control power supply unit |
| ASF01 board (abnormal) | 1. Turn the power off and back on. 2. If the alarm recurs, replace the ASF01 board. Save CMOS.BIN before replacing the board. |
| AIF01 board (abnormal) | 1. Turn the power off and back on. 2. If the alarm recurs, replace the AIF01 board. Save CMOS.BIN before replacing the board. After replacing the AIF01 board, load CMOS.BIN saved before the alarm occurred. |
| Other | If the alarm occurs again after implementing the countermeasures, contact our service department and describe the circumstances when CMOS.BIN was saved (operating procedure, etc.). |
