Description
The machine safety board detected an error in the 24V power supply for the servo I/O signals (direct inputs).

| Cable (abnormal) | 1. Reset the alarm. 2. If the alarm recurs, check the following 24V power-supply wiring connections (for direct input signals), and check for short circuits or ground faults. • Cables for YFC24 board-81, 82, 92, 93 (+24V2U3) • Cable between connector CN206 of the ASF01 board and the YFC24 board |
| ASF01 board (abnormal) | 1. Turn the power off and back on. 2. If the alarm recurs, replace the ASF01 board. |
| YFC24 board (abnormal) | 1. Turn the power off and back on. 2. If the alarm recurs, replace the YFC24 board. |
| Other | If the alarm occurs again after implementing the countermeasures, contact our service department and describe the circumstances when CMOS.BIN was saved (operating procedure, etc.). |
