Description
In drive module arg, drive unit at unit position arg has an excessive DC link voltage.
Consequences
No action can be taken until this error is corrected. The system enters the "Motor Off" state. High Voltage Warning: When the system is powered off, the DC link will discharge very slowly (approximately 1 hours).
Possible causes
- Bleeder resistor not connected or defective.
- The user program may contain too many manipulator axis reductions. This failure is more likely to occur if the system is equipped with additional axes.
Recommended actions
A high voltage warning may be present.
- Please ensure that the bleeder resistor cable is correctly connected to the rectifier unit.
- Disconnect the bleeder resistor, check the cable and measure the bleeder resistor value. The expected resistor value should be approximately ohm.
- Rewrite the user program to reduce the number of emergency decelerations.
