[Cause]
PowerWaveErrorCode No.31 occurred. The input current to the welding equipment exceeded the safety limit. This alarm usually occurs with low input voltage or the loss of 1 phase in a 3-phase input. Failure of the switching board, output diode, or main transformer may also cause it.
[Countermeasure]
Check the input power (voltage and frequency). Check that the primary-side reconnection is set correctly for the input voltage. If the problem persists, before performing any other operations (power-off or jogging) after this alarm occurs, use the abnormal-state recording function ("Abnormal State Record" in the auxiliary menu) to obtain an image backup and contact the service center. If that function cannot be used, record the conditions and operating steps up to the alarm, obtain an image backup, and contact the service center.
