[Cause]
The measured workpiece thickness exceeds the specified allowable range (tolerance). This message displays the measured value. The measured value can also be checked on the servo gun status interface. SVGN-181 or SVGN-182 is displayed as additional information about the thickness setting; refer to that message.
Note: Some software versions display “Workpiece thickness exceeds tolerance”.
[Countermeasure]
Check that the gun mastering position is correct. If wear compensation or deflection compensation is enabled, check the wear amount and deflection amount. Check the workpiece thickness and enter it again on the applied force condition screen. The upper and lower tolerance limits can be checked on the servo gun setup interface. If the problem cannot be resolved, calibrate the thickness check again.
