An error was detected in the mutual wait function.

Subcode description

Subcodes:
0000_0000_0000_0001: no response from the synchronization partner.
0000_0000_0000_0010: a communication error with the synchronization partner occurred when executing RSYNC (FN591).
0000_0000_0000_0011: a communication error with the synchronization partner occurred when the partner executed RSYNC (FN591).
0000_0000_0000_0100: an RSYNC (FN591) execution-release notification was received without first receiving the partner's RSYNC (FN591) execution notification.
0000_0000_0000_0101: an error occurred in receiving the partner's RSYNC (FN591) execution-release notification.
0000_0000_0001_0000: invalid synchronization-partner robot number for RSYNC (FN591).
0000_0000_0010_0000: RSYNC (FN591) was executed twice.
0000_0000_0011_0000: the partner's RSYNC (FN591) execution notification was received twice.
0000_0000_0100_0000: an error occurred in receiving the partner's FN591 execution notification.

Reset the alarm. 2. Check the communication connection with the mutual wait target.
Software (incorrect setting)	Subcode: 0000_0000_0000_0001. In the above case, check the following. 1. Reset the alarm. 2. Check the contents of the mutual-wait setting file. 3. Check the network settings of the mutual-wait target.
Operation (abnormal)	Subcodes: • 0000_0000_0000_0100 • 0000_0000_0000_0101 For the above cases, check the following. 1. Reset the alarm. 2. When executing mutual wait with FN591, check whether execution has stopped. In this case, the alarm may have been caused by a communication delay.
Software (incorrect setting)	Subcode: 0000_0000_0001_0000. In the above case, check the following. 1. Reset the alarm. 2. Check the mutual-wait robot number of FN591.
Software (malfunction)	Subcodes: • 0000_0000_0010_0000 • 0000_0000_0011_0000 • 0000_0000_0100_0000 For the above cases, check the following. 1. Reset the alarm. 2. If the alarm occurs again, save CMOS.BIN and inform our service department of the circumstances (operating procedure, etc.).
Other	If the alarm occurs again after implementing the countermeasures, contact our service department and describe the circumstances when CMOS.BIN was saved (operating procedure, etc.).
