Cause analysis:

The discharge resistor is damaged;

Drive damage.
Remedy:

Measure whether the resistance of the braking resistor connected between the drive's B1B2 terminals is normal. If it deviates significantly from the rated value, the braking resistor is damaged. Replace the discharge resistor. Note: if a PRONET series drive rated at 400W or below uses an external discharge resistor, set PN521.0=0;

Confirm whether the drive is damaged by swapping drives.
