[Cause]
This alarm is issued when there is an abnormality in the speed count value in the pulse encoder. It may be caused by an abnormality of the pulse encoder. (Clock exception for counting) The number in parentheses indicates the tracking encoder number.
[Countermeasure]
Replace the motor.
Note 1 To clear this alarm, power needs to be cycled.
Note: When 2 is accompanied by an alarm indicating a communication abnormality (SRVO-090 DTERR alarm, SRVO-091 CRCERR alarm, SRVO-092 STBERR alarm), the alarm may not actually be issued.
