Usually, this alarm occurs because an invalid number or type is set to the I/O signal required by the gluing tool.
[Countermeasure]
Check whether the settings of all input and output signals shown on the dispensing machine I/O screen are valid (whether the value is *****), or whether the numbers are 0. Always perform a cold start after changing settings on this screen.
